The sadness continues into the night. The Road Less Traveled lost her pregnancy today. Right after telling her father this week. And my heart is breaking for her. Please head over there and lend her a shoulder to cry on. And read the latest post. And remind her that she is special. She is someone very, very special.

thanx for guiding us where support was needed. meanwhile -i wish you well over the fast – i dont know if youre a faster but i am, i’ve spent today & tomorrow i will as well cook the beautiful things my mum used to cook at this time of year, to break fast with – they are rituals from generations so it is a wonderous thing for me to do them…this yr tho’ i wont be fasting as im pregnant (only 7 weeks & praying intensely) but i will pray for all our blog community….well over the fast & happy etrog eating!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about this loss. And I agree with The Road Less Travelled that talking about it is necessary. Why are we so reticent about saying we have lost a pregnancy? It is one of the most painful things that can happen yet so often we try and hide it.
