After closing the book on a year where it felt like so many things were going wrong, I want to start this year by stating what has gone right so far. In my world: We all remembered to say “rabbit rabbit” at midnight so they were the first thing said in the new month of the new year.

Happy New Year! I love that, focusing on what went right. I have a friend who starts each month with “rabbit, rabbit” — where does that come from? Wishing you an excellent 2024!

Two days in, a lot has gone right so far. Yesterday we had lunch by the beach, and today we had a lovely day out visiting friends over the hill.
